Mutoh HydrAton HA-1642 Water Based UV Curable Printer

Redefine print flexibility for your high-end graphics with the HA-1642 roll-to-roll wide-format UV curable printer. The 1625mm (64”) wide printer delivers rich consistent colour, print after print after print, making it ideal for the commercial print and sign & display markets as well as interior decor specifically wallpaper. Using MUTOH’s GREENGUARD GOLD certified AQUAFUZE™ water-based UV curable ink enables printing on a wider range of roll substrates that are safe for installation in sensitive environments.

Integrating dual, 1200 nozzle print head, platen heater and efficient blower together with a wide long-life 4” (101.6 mm) UV LED lamp mounted on the front of the carriage, the HA-1642 will deliver print resolutions up to 1200 x 2400 dpi. 

Prints are instant-dry, ready for application or post-treatment and unlike other ink technologies on the market, HydrAton can produce graphics without odour or media shrinkage, while giving high abrasion resistance and low film thickness. All of this is done while using low-temperature heaters and a wider substrate compatibility, reducing running costs but increasing flexibility of use.
